The Kaiserking will stand for the Cyborcs' vileness no more! Behold Tusk, the living fortress!
About this creation
Another adventure of the proud Astronites, this time meeting the threat of the despicable Cyborcs with extreme force!
The days of easy raids into the civilized lands are over. Cyborcs are on the run!
Klub and Vyle run for their lives in their Ruptors as the Mighty Tusk, the Living Fortress, zeroes in on them! Poor (and thoroughly pissed) Klutch wriggles hopelessly inside Tusk's clutch! (the irony...)
At this point I tripped on the backgroung and destroyed most of the MOC, so these are the only shots of the full thing. There's plenty of shots of the single vehicles, anyway.
Tusk, the Living Fortess is a collaborative project between the Kaiserking's labs and ArcheoGenis delegates in the remote sector where the UKP (United Kingdom of Planets) lies.
It features AG tech such like a Brain Core and regenerative structure inside the finest UKP hematite hull. The tower it self controlled by the EAP (Evolved Artificial Personality) of Tusk.
The G-Wheel (here in its support structure) gives enormous speed and balance to an otherwise almost unmovable structure. It's equipped with twin mounted plasma turrets.
The KaiserKing's standard is also a Ring Weapon, capable of firing in any direction without mechanical aiming, as well as creating 360° blasts.
The Tusk separated in sections (most damage repaired).
The "ground floor" provides small quarters for the crew (one Knight, one Wizard) in case of prolonged missions.
Between the beds you can see a Transport plate. It mystically bends space between 2 Plates in a short range. It's often used in substitution of elevators in UKP ships and structures.
The Hangar contains some informatic equipment and a 501/b Chariot. It's not in the dio 'cause I toppled it before i could show it.
The Chariot is a very light fighter wich allows the pilot the use of a HyperSpear along with the front mounted lasers.
It's not very fast, but extremely maneuvrable. Good thing, 'cause it's rather fragile...
Overall shot of the hangar bay and Sir MacKobe.
The top floor contains the Emergency Demolecularizer.
It's a complex disintegrator used to dispose of those parts of destroyed Cyborc equipments that are potentially dangerous for health or environment.
At need it can also be used for more profane reasons.
The Ruptors are off-track racing mechs that the despicable Cyborcs raided and adapted to their villainous purposes.
They're extremely agile on impervious terrain, and their legs and tail are capable of very powerful physical attacks.
The Cyborcs equipped them with Concussive Repeaters, which rapidly fire lethal bolts of compressed air. Very dangerous at medium range.
The CO034, "Chopchopper" ir a light VTOL entirely designed by Cyborcs (there's a first for everything, I guess).
It soars the battlefield shredding away light flyers while firing rapidly over ground targets.
It wasn't in the dio because I broke the tower before shooting the air battle.
The Chopchoppers are usually piloted by bosses, like T'Orch here.
Left to right: Klub, Vyle, Klutch, T'Orch, a Skynite, Sir MacKobe, and Prix the Wizard.
Prix equips an expensive Moon Rod Deluxe, improving his spellcasting and protecting him with a mystical shield. See how the visor clicks beautifully between the hat and the beard.
This mysterious Skynite is equipped with a flight gear especially primed for atmospheric battle.
Well, that's all. FINALLY!
Greetings from Tusk!
Note #1: Did I mention that I tripped and broke the tower when I was halfway shooting? This got me fairly pissed, I tell you... and you missed the air battle too.
Note #2: This started as a Bio-Racer (theme created by Greyhein on an original concept from Berial). I was also building a Spastle diorama at the moment, with the Cyborcs storming an Astronite's castle wall, and they sort of ended up all mixed together.

well, the whole thing is just plain awesome. The tower reminds me of some Magic the Gathering artifact card ("Something" Automaton) but the raptors are just a-ma-zing! I would like to order ten!
1- I'm an MTG veteran myself 2- I had only pieces for 2 Ruptors. 3, with minor modifications.
I know the tower is the star, but the orc raptors are just plain hot! Much respect for photographing something that big in one shot; I always have trouble when I get larger than 32x32. Great build, Yuri.
amazing,mi piace la torre perche gli ai dato un aspetto minaccioso e' pericoloso ,bella la ruota cingolata la stella e' bellissima,,,bravo

Great job Yuri! This turned out great, and its only half of what it WAS. I wish that I could have seen the whole thing but this was really cool. The tower is by far my favorite, the wheel is amazing!-George
Love it, love it LOVE IT! The concept of a living fortress hasn't been done justice since the mid 80's and you have revived it stunningly! That being said, I'd love to see this thing throw down with Tripticon sometime. The racer mechs are AWESOME little additions as well! Great design on those! ~ Chris.
Love it! At first i didnt see the stand so i thought 'man that must be so hard to balance' lol. Great build and love the cyorcs mechs, but the tower, its awesome!! love it. Lol the same thing happened to my mech, halfway through it fell over and broke into a bazillion pieces took me forever to fix :P

Great builds, and truly impressive presentation. Especially considering the "accidents". Such is life in the rough and tumble world of Lego!
Orktastic! This is so something warhammer 40k should buy the rights to, this thing would sell like crazy. Just love the bedroom and interiors as well, but hat wheel is just fabulous, and that eight pointed star always looks good. Freakn cool build, one my favorites of yours certainly.
Keeping the potty humor alive and well I see! A great build and I feel your pain for tripping over your work and smashing it to pieces. Too bad you didn't get that on film. You could of added your own special effects and made you own rendition of the fall of the dark tower. Just a thought.
Okay, so that was such a dumb idea that only you would attempt it. Good thing, since you're the only person that could get away with it! You certainly take weird to a whole new level. Keep the strangeness coming!
Ok... comment proper: The whole thing is amazing, definitely worth the wait. How'd you get it to balance at all in the first place? (too soon?) The continuation in aesthetic between the ruptors and chopchopper is great! Trans spears are lush :)

Sorry Yuri, got to agree with Luke, I chuckled heartily at Sir MacKobe with his trousers round his ankles - perhaps it's the base level of British humour? Anyway, best use of rubber band i've seen in ages. Not to sell the rest of your creation short though. Love the Ruptors especially, tusk's face, the g-wheel and the sheer scale of it - not trying to break your own height record are you? I always look forward to your spastle creations, something I must try when i'm not jumping through hoops for Mr. Young's amusement. Great job.

oh noes! I can't believe it broke! Too bad....Good use of the Kobe head. I have one of those floating around too.....Anyways, it turned out fine even if you didn't have all the bricks you needed.
The lack of grey is always my problem when I try a diorama :(
