Space Police Incarcerator
This is a Space Police's armored vehicle for riot control. Its main weapon is the squadron of twelve space police officers riding its belly. Next to that it is equipped with high action-radius quad-guns, missiles and a massive auto-captcha cannon.
About this creation
Insurgents have gathered at the old space port

Twelve riot control space police officers can ride the Incarcerator. They will storm out of the walker when it sits down on its haunches!

The seats are gyroscopic, but poor Billy's seat is stuck in the upright position...

The double quad-guns are standard issue. If you want to do damage, these are exactly the things you need,

... and they are excellent in dispersing a crowd!

But when rioters are equipped with armor of their own, a missile may come in handy to punch a hole in it!

They are also convenient for clearing the way for a big machine such as the Incarcerator itself...

The auto-captcha cannon is the latest in non-lethal-weapon design.

From a belt of non-activated prison pods, one by one are fed into the cannon. Once loaded, the force field is activated and the prison pod is fired at its target. The prison pod and its contents can be retrieved when the dust has settled

The gunner and the pilot enter the Incarcerator through "the cage" and mount their seats above the weapons locker. They too have gyroscopic seats!

Yes, that's Dalv in the gunner's seat! That guy just cannot keep his head for more than just a few months on the same job... Or even the same era for that matter!

Blacktron. The age-old adversary of the Space Police.

In this MOC I have attempted three new things for me: building a mecha being the first and foremost, but to reanimate the classic-space theme in the scenery, and to build a ruin come in second and third. I have been thinking of building a mecha for quite a while and with time on my hands, and whilst anticipating the release of the new Space Police III kits, I put it together! There are a lot of really sleek and awesome looking mecha around MOC, and I knew I wouldn't be able to produce something that is worthy of even standing in the shadows of those, so I tried to make it up by being original in its basic design: the idea was for a beasty that walks on its arms, and kicks with its feet!

This is a shot of just the scenery, and a close-up of the flaming car

I don't actually know if the Incarcerator qualifies as a mecha, as it is sort of a transport vehicle and not a single person's... If you want me to, I can call it a van! If so, shout out "VAN!!!" below this picture! But before I will actually do so, I do want to see a real mecha on your MOCpage first...

Have fun!!!

Love the detail work on the mech. Great job all around. Normally I root for Blacktron, but in this case I might just change my mind . . .

This is great! It ought to be a set.

First off, this is crazy, amazing! Very interesting design with great detail work and curves. Now, I'm certainly no expert, but I believe this qualifies as a Mech, not a Mecha. It is my understanding that a Mecha would be MUCH smaller and house only one driver. Semantics, really, so who cares? It rocks, no matter how you classify it!~H
