One of the reasons I loved this one Andreas, was not only for the principle model but for the fact you showed two earlier versions of it. For me this shows the LEGO Ideal, and responds to the expression: "There is more then one way to skin a cat."
You are telling and inspiring young modelers:
you do not have to be satisied with your 1st attempt even if it means scraping the idea and starting over - it's o.k.!
A model should grow it's in the growth process we see a model come to life!
Never be satisified- take it to the limits - "If at first you do not succeed try, try again." come to mind.
Like my sleigh and how I showed it evolved!
Evolution is another thing LEGO is about. Or as we Italians say: Roma no e fatto en un giorno!" Rome wasn't built in a day!"
Thanks once again. :) Changed a few pictures to use the _SPLASH instead of _THUMB images - still gotta learn all those details of MOCpages...
You're right, it could use more stuff on the pavement; currently there's the tram station stand in front of it, but that might move in the future, and the backyard (including that of the other houses) will get even bigger...
very nice presentation, good comparision pics!,i d like it if you could put bigger pics though,so i would t have to click each time, look at my latest work for reference,
keep in mind that the site performance might slow down on some days!,very detailed buildings, lots of very nice details ,maybe, the white ramps are a bit out of place, and more props on the walkway, would make it shine more, but,it s just small touches, the backyard is what i like best,it shows a degree of perfection that is not often found, bravo!
