Hank Cicatrice was born Hank Williams, named after the famous Country & Western singer songwriter his father was so fond of. Living on a horse farm, Hank grew up Hank Williams style, only the guitar he got for his seventh birthday was left untouched. Instead, Hank liked to play on the farm. One day he was playing in the hayloft when the hay caught fire and Hankís neck was burnt:
Since then, he was called Hank Cicatrice (meaning scar), which after a while he liked better than Hank Williams.
Anyway, Hank built himself a giant Tractor Puller and actually won several tractor pulling matches with it. Donít ask me about its specs, all I know is thereís a lot of horse power in it Ė as well as an awful lot of time!
In fact, Hank put so much time in this Tractor Puller, that his wife got locked away in a mental hospital because for reasons of killing time she started knitting, but canít stop knitting anymoreÖ!
Yes, they are very creative, Hank and his wife. Well, letís cut to the tractor puller and leave the knitting-work for now.
Each exhaust is fitted with a pressure gauge, one of just a few instruments:
Green rearlights? Hah, no... the green lights light up when it's safe to pass the back side of the tractor puller. When the red lights light up, you'd better move away fron there! The upper red lights are just the regular illumination.
This is a bit of a sad shot, since when the photographer pressed the button, Hank hit the gas. The blowtorch from the left exhaust hit the photographer right in the neck, leaving a big scar. Just like Hank! :(
