"House for Sale" Good luck to my opponent, David. His entry is pretty sweet.
About this creation
"Hi there! I'm Riella Eshtayt, and today I will be showing you a home for sale on 1021 Segapcom Street; a beauty, I might add."
"Feel free to come on in!"
"You'll notice two major things about this house. One; a lot of glass, and two, the black and white color scheme. The reason for those two features is because the architect thought that a combination of the two would bring forth a more modern look and style."
"Another interesting feature; furniture is provided, as well as the entertainment system. Why? This home was designed to be unique. All other houses are just shells with nothing inside of them. The designer is trying to change the way houses are bought and sold by adding built in extras."
"Here's the dining area, along with the kitchen."
"State of the art refrigerator and oven systems. They use less energy, and operate more efficiently. Plus they look sharp."
"Through this doorway is the 'living' part of this home. Come along and I'll show you."
"The bedroom has a king size bed with Tempur Pedic foam- yet another nice incentive, added on to the fact that there is yet another television, and even better, a desktop computer."
"Adjourning to the bathroom now, on your left is the toilet, which has a heated seat for comfort, and to your right is the shower."
*Turns on shower* Always take a nice warm shower in the morning to start your day. whoops! I shouldn't have turned it up all the way. This thing is getting me wetter than Kel...
...So anyway, out this door is the backyard. You'll be pleasantly surprised by all it has to offer."
"For starters, there's a pool...
... and lounge chairs for sunbathing."
"The driveway can hold a car or two depending on what you drive."
"Oh, work is calling. I'd best be going right now. Go on and check out the rest of the place if you are interested."
As Riella is about to leave...
Phipson: "Hey Ladies... wanna see my knightstick?"
Phipson: "What?! I'm a police officer! Why does this always happen?"
Cl0ni3: Ch3ck oUt mi moks plzzz!
Geez. Shameless self-promotion even in the face of impending death. Tsk tsk tsk...
One for your ego, Matt. :)
Oh, so that's where she went. Looks like the doctor is in... or at least hopes to be... That tranquilizer should increase his chances. *
Hmm. Some lady with a chainsaw is duking it out with Shifu. Probably criticized his bacon making skills; something no one in their right mind should ever do.
Yuri: Bleghhh... Not again...
Bones: Shhtrea *hic* kinggg *hic* ish fun!!!
A perplexed Kelso can't help but wonder what in the world Hans is carrying. I suddenly have a craving for some snacks... How bout you guys?
Roof off, here's the whole layout. I'll tune in and out on certain pictures here.
I don't know how many blue studs went into this pool. All I know is that I don't have any left.
Patio furnishings and grill.
One for entering, four for amenities. Oh, and a highlight on the mailbox.
The doors double as opening windows on the sides. Oh the advantages of Snotting techniques.
And with that picture, the week of house making is over. So I started out making a modern house, but got discouraged because of all that a modern house has- refrigerators, tv's, toilets, etc. So then I set out to build a medieval style house (I actually finished it) but then realized that I was taking the easy way out. So to challenge myself, I finished the house you see here. Oh, and for those of you who paid attention to it, these pictures where taken outside in my backyard. I originally planned to take the pictures inside using my usual photo setup, but this house being the size it is, proved impossible to take pictures of without getting part of the garage in the background. At 36x38, It's pretty big and bulky. There, now I'm done, so feel free to do your thing.
*For some weird reason, my camera decided to take a blurry picture. Usually it will take a pretty good picture from this distance, but decided it just didn't want to this time. :(
Awesome house, I love it. The intrerior is superb, so rich in details... The roof totally rocks, and then the pool... If I would get to vote, you would have gotten both of my thumbs up. What color are the lights that you used as water? They really look like the real deal - and are probably amazing to play with for the figs... Best regards, Steffen
This is outstanding work, and better than HGTV! The pool deserves some sort of award, especially with the guy and the alien frog heads in there. Then the house party really nails it! Can't wait to see what you come up with for R3.
inspiring work!i had no idea of what my house should look like in my city, now i know[and knowing is half the battle!]lol!ok...seriously,
one of the best house i ever saw,the design of black and white is awesome, interior jaw dropping, from smart touches and details everywhere, the pics angles, were also complementairy of the rest of this masterpiece!
i can t think of any part i love best, impressive work!
you re a fav!
This is amazing and very very classy! This is totally pro! It could be a great idea for selling the real real-estates! Very very well done indeed! The details indoors are amazing! I love the kitchen, the bedroom and the pool especially!
Let this moc be the start of many more to come, this is amazing, a true work of genius, but I have one thing to criticize. I see no waffle iron. How do you expect the house to sell without a waffle iron? You're takin a mighty big gamble, somers. But the techniques in this house boggle my brain, great job. I mean it, you deserved to win that round. I don't even think you need luck in the competition at all. ~Waff
Good job dude I think you migth have me with how many tiles you have. I did think that are houses were very different yours being one floor and my being 3 and just the look of them. So great job and good luck.
The thing that you left out is what we all wanted to hear. Ahem...HOW MUCH DOES IT COST!?!? Or maybe we don't want to hear that...I think we actually don't. Anyway, great house. I would be glad to be mini-figure living in that home.
