Now that that's done... onto the creation!

My name is Austin LInks. I use to be an average kid just like you but on November of 2014 my whole changed... both my parents left me I had to fend for myself. I joined a gang of other misfits. They were my brothers. We stole for food and killed for money. I'm not happy with what I did but I had to live. My real story started though on the 7th of July 2016...

My gang and I were about to pull a hit on some business man from Japan. We thought it was an easy job... We thought wrong.
We found him in an alley on the south side of town. We had guns he had a sword? Was the first thing that came to mind.

Before we knew it he pulled out the blade cutting one of the gang on chest and cutting the other in the hand. I stayed away watching in awe of the mastery swordsmen.

He scared the other two away, but I... I stayed.

The blade intrigued me. I fell in love instantly with the weapon . It was so graceful yet deadly.

The next year of my life I spent training. Trying to become the best I could. It wasn't good enough though. I had to fight other people.

So I traveled the world fighting wannabe Knights in Europe...

And Samurai in Asia. I defeated them all... It wasn't even fair.
I became rich from all my victories and I decided to devote myself to fighting crime with my blade.

My costume was made to withstand bullets and give me maximum mobility while I worked my magic.

I had always loved motorcycles so naturally my new ride would have to be just that.

I pimped it out with two machine guns and jets on the back for maximum speed.

I became hated by all the scum of the earth. Locking hundreds upon hundreds of them up.

The petty thieves weren't enough though and I began to attack the Gang lords themselves. Breaking in their safe house and taking them out. They feared me and I became known as the Swordsman.

I have only met one other who can compete with my ability. He calls himself The Master. I know almost nothing about him except that the occasional Gang lord will hire him to watch his men. His has unnatural powers. The last time we met he came at me from the inside of a volcano jumping out of the lava.

Every time we have battled there has been no true victor. It's almost as if we are destined to battle forever...

Where ever justice is needed I will be there striking fear into the hearts of Villians... I am the Swordsman.

May add fourth wall but don't have time now :)

Nice work, Seth. Good story-telling in some parts (particularly with the nemesis portion...really liked that). Also very well presented. You've got my vote as well. Congrats, and well done!

My vote is for you. You're lucky Dennis Price is not a Judge in group 2, though...
