Inspired by the Belvedere Torso, this MOC is merely a quick tablescrap study of human anatomy, particularly muscles, their curves, and how they overlap each other. The only other time I have attempted to form a "realistic" human form was with my Anubis statues, but the scale they were built in was much too small to properly illustrate the shapes I wanted exemplified in this particular creation. This was one heck of a challenge, for obvious reasons, but some day I'd love to build an entire figure at this scale and level of complexity.
Oh dude. This is brilliant! Love the spine and medial scapula border. I'd love to see an full torso anatomical model with a cutout to show organs etc - after all, it's been done with a frog now, right? :D
hmmm, let's see, he's male right :p the tiny details :p you definitly should continue with this, and maybe make a female too and that won't be easy either since body shape would be very different, great job and keep it up, I'd love to see it complete
