This is my custom version of an Uzi sub-machinegun.
it started out as a mini-uzi, but then I decided to change it into a regular size uzi. so this is pretty much just a super modified version of my earlier mini-uzi.(not on MOCpages) It has a removable magazine, retractable stock, and a trigger that, when you pull back, springs foreward again. it also has a fire-selector.(the red thing)
this is the right side of the gun. if you can see, towards the back of the gun there are two technic pieces(pins, axels or whatever) right above the handle. those pieces are part of the retractable stock mechanism. also, right above the trigger is a white rubber band. that is the rubber band that makes the trigger spring back forward after you pull it back.
this is the front sight. not very interesting.
this is the rear sight. again, not very interesting.
this is a view if you are looking down the sights.
this is a view of the stock.
the stock retracted. the mechanism i used for this is very simple. i just made it so that inside the rear part of the gun, where the stock is, and the top of the retracting part of the stock had smooth pieces so that they slid smoothly across each other. then, as you can see in the picture, i made the retractable part of the stock and the side of the gun, have those technic 1x10 pieces so that i could put those other technic axel pieces in and hold it in place, and/or adjust it.
this is just a close up view of the trigger.
this is the mag for the gun. nothing is holdig the mag in place inside the handle except friction.
