ISLAND LOCKED Episode 3 of season 2. Yeah I know you’ve been waiting for along time, well here it is! And don’t worry APOC is next episode, so enjoy!
It happened all so fast, one minute they where looking behind their backs for the natives.
Then the next minute they where tripping over themselves and falling on sand.
When they finally managed to stand shakily to their feet, they noticed something, there was a small island across the way!
They one by one jumped over the small gap between the two islands.
Upon reaching the other side, they explored.
Farther down the beach, they found large rock.
"This would be a wonderful place to build a shelter!" exclaimed Thomas.
Incidentally there where planks all across the beach.
After several days their hut was finished. They had even found a door the beach. They also had nice little roof top.
For several days Michael was working on something, no one knew what.
One day he brought showed them what, "I was thinking" he began,"The natives might try to attack us, so I built this." he began the demonstration, and explained that if he built a bridge that if the native where to attack they'd come across it. he then dropped a hay dummy he had made on it, and suddenly 6 spears shot out of the water, one going through the dummy.
"We're safe now, its triggered by weight," he explained
"But how doe get across," asked Connor
"This leaver," he said, "most people assume that leavers ACTIVATE traps, this one does the opposite."
then he and Thomas walked, untouched, across.
That night around the fire was quite and peaceful
Then Michael asked something, "Guys, we have a good and safe setup and all, we even have a nice house, but are we prepared to live our whole live here, ready to be totally forgotten by the outside world? or should we keep trying to get off? Maybe even a boat?"
THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
You guys can try to make permanent housing, or stay here and try to figure to how to get off?
I think we should try to build a permanent housing, because it's too dangerous to find a way to escape.... remember: Many natives live here. And I wouldn't build a boat, because of sharks and the unpredictable weather....
