About this creation
After landing on Felucia, we needed to clear out some spots so we could build some outposts and a main base. For that, we brought in scorch troopers to burn the vegetation and provide the needed space. My squadron was under the command of Sergeant Rain. Along with me, two other troopers, and a scorch trooper, we headed out.
As we expected, the natives showed some resistance. They attacked more directly with spears and bows. They were of no surprise, but they were still terrifying. Their ways of blending into their environment were remarkable.
But we showed no fear. Our Sergeant lead us on bravely. We pressed forward. Their only way to get us was through mid range attacks since the fire made a wall that prevented them from coming close to us.
They came from the center. There were few of them and so we were at an advantage in numbers. They, however, had many places to find cover behind, making them hard to hit.
The ground bellow our feet was warm, since it was just several seconds ago that it was burned. The scorch trooper waved his flame thrower, spreading fire all around us.
One of the natives came up close, getting ready to pierce me with his sharp spear, but I was saved by the fire that stopped the native on the spot.
That gave me just the chance I needed to shoot the native.
We advanced slowly as the number of natives decreased.
Even so, the natives pressed on. After a while, the natives were all dead and the perimeter was cleared. The outpost was ready to be built
The scorch trooper is equipped with a standard F6 Fire-breather, and a tank of various chemicals carried on his back. These troopers were essential in our mission's success on Felucia.
