About this creation

The traditional Lego switch doesn’t give you any realistic track planning options.
So I decided to mod my spare set of RC (I ONLY LIKE 9V TRAINS RC + PF are gay)points
And with aluminum tape I will turn them in to 9V.

With the addition of two small curves I can have a normal siding or a switch to another parallel line or add a point in to a curve and still have the normal siding Lego offers.

1: do not cut up old 9V tracks because there are worth too much and it easy to make mistakes.

2. Cut of the end of the track keeping the rails and sleepers of the cut section.

3. then with the other half cut the section out that you don't want.
4. With a soldering iron melt the sections together.
5. if you want another way to do this go to "" or for a even easier way go to

And find the railbricks magazine issue for you self.

HEY that is a great idea. i need some of those. but i think RC isnt useless. i think it is a new option for a troubled economy. u cant make expensive toys when there isnt a consumer. and just wondering would you be do selling anything? i know i cant do any of that. but if no i understand. i just am mad at lego for not doing that in the first place!!
