Cade kicked down the door of the receptionists office, a commando was reloading his gun and strangely enough a Ghostland soldier was dancing the "Tan-Tan" or as Chris put it "What ever that dance is." Apart from this soldier, everyone turned to look, but no one bothered to move,
"I think they think we've surrendered." Muttered Sub-culture,
"Watch out Sub-culture, this advice may save you a lot of trouble."
"Wha-" Suddenly one of the soldiers seemed to notice Cade was holding a gun, he yelled in the language generally used in the Ghostland plains, indicating they had landed a few minutes ago, but the commando seemed to understand it, for he suddenly moved, pulling out his gun, and firing at the bazooka man, the bullet first passed through the "Tan-Tan-Man" and missed anything it might have hit, there was a quick shoot out, in which Chris was absent for he had fallen back down the stairs.
The secret passage was deserted, but when Chris & co with Cade and the Commando emerged from the secret entrance, the sound of gunfire could not be put down to Chris tripping over, Cade went through the hole in the wall, moving towards the soldiers that were pinning down Imperial Soldiers, the incident is not worth full detail for a photo above seems to depict the scene amazingly well. But the only matter worth pointing out is that Sub-culture got shot in the arm, before he was able to shoot the person who had strangely just shot him.
The next shoot out seemed to last only a few seconds, but the Ghostland Plain troops must have been quite nervy, for suddenly they started to run away, dragging the wounded with them, and firing over their shoulders in an attempt to keep off any Imperial troops from following too closely.
"Sub-culture is down." Said Cade a second before Chris had the chance to fall over trying to do up his shoe laces,
"He is?" Suddenly they both ran over to Sub-culture who had slumped himself against the wall,
"Hey, Medic!" Yelled Cade, a man ran over, and peered at Sub-cultures shoulder, and then spoke English perfectly well, but cannot be understood by anyone but another doctor or hospital worker.
"Brilliant, patch him up, and see he's well as soon as possible." Said Frontline, a dazed expression seemed to cross through his eyes for a second, but then ended suddenly when Cade started dragging both Chris and Frontline to a jeep.
Chris drove, not because Frontline, Cade and the officer wanted him too, but because Chris knew how to get from A to B doing 70 without crashing at A-and-a-half,
"Where are we going again?"
"Benjamin's house, history is about to be made today!"
"Isn't history made every day?"
"Yes, but not this type of History." Replied Cade
"Just drive! And mind that lorry!"
