W.O.C*: Completely Customised Bolter Rifle
Bio: Jesse is a mysterious Space Marine Librarian with extreme Pyro-kinetic powers. He doesn't wear the proper Space Marine gear, as he did not want the whole armour as it is not agile enough. He uses his powers in battles where he is up against greater enemies. He can use his powers in huge bursts but must recuperate.
