The Sky Hawk VTOL [Vertical Take-Off and Landing Aircraft] was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1984. The toy was also sold in 1985 and was discontinued in 1986.
About this creation
Front. This was a spur of the moment idea, and only took me about an hour to find all the pieces and come up with how i would make it.
Left. I am very happy with it.
Back. I love the classic G.I. Joe vehicles.
Right. This was a small build, i planned on making a bigger tankish thing, but i did not have the time.
I hate that the jets are small, but if they were bigger they would not fit on it.
The cockpit opens.
Lets see, how many Cobras does it take to subdue a Joe?
Usually, he manages to punch 3 of them...
...Before 3 or 4 of them subdue him, I'm starting to wonder it the snake is more dangerous than them.

ouch! i like this so much, it hurts, the hawk is great, except, i would refine the side panels by angle plates instead, as the hawk s panels where a bit profiled, but, it s sublime, i like it better than the original, yours has a REAL GLASS COCKPIT, don t you think i d have not spent $1 more for glass on my hawk? yours is awesome, and you ve made the baroness? i m really envious now! you lucky ...
