About this creation
The CAU reference in the title refers to the fact that the creation is from the CAU-A universe (shortly after the Zero returns plots) but due to him time travelling to 2009, his adventures take place in the CAU-D time Line.

On the right is the original SnowAngel circa 2009, on the left the new version.

and just for fun the new design in classic colours...

and the classic design in the new colours...

personally I like the new colour scheme more in both designs.

and here are some comparisons to the guardian of ice design from 2009

and featuring the guardians weapons

and guardians weapons and colours.

again I like the modern look more.

Note the first set of pictures are the updated version, the second set are the first design (both created today 16.2.11).

updated version of cyberagent snow angel

The CyberAgency has learned of a threat to the time line, their only hope of saving the universe is to send their greatest warriors to save the past.

Gathering in 2011 updated versions of the most powerful CyberAgents of all time meet to defeat the ultimate evil...

SnowAngel is powered by the Blizzard Talisman found in the Himalayas. It grants him incredible control of freezing winds and ice. He can use it to reduce any opponent to sub-zero temperatures, then carve them to pieces with his twin thermal blades.

Originally he was part of the CyberAgent Angels a sub-set of the original CyberAgents platoon, but his core has been transferred to a new time capable unit. But little does he know that time travel is a one way trip - whether he saves the world or not, he will never return to the future.

The CyberAgents were some of my earliest mecha inspired creations. As I started to play with ideas as to how to customise the frames I came up with the original Angel series. While I like the original with it's medium sized wings and slim frame, I felt that nearly TWO YEARS later I could do a better job.

I went in a different direction with the wings, now they are only suggested. I wanted this design to look like it was fashioned from ice and snow, hence the long icicle like lines and ice blue / white colour scheme.

The head is inverted from the original, I felt the earlier design wasn't streamlined enough.

The legs have gone through 2 or 3 changes (the last two are shown here) as I wanted something that looked like it was walking on its toes, but then changed it as the decoration was a bit, well cluttered.

I'm still not sure the upper body is as well proportioned as I originally planned, maybe I'll bulk out the shoulder a little more across the back.

posing - neck can tilt and turn, shoulders can bend out and swivel vertically, biceps and wrists turn, elbow bends. Waist lilts and turns, hips bend, thigh swivel, knees bend and turn, 2 joints at the foot allow toes to pivot forward and turn, ankle tilts and turns. The hips also include 2 weapons holders which can be swivelled slightly and bent up out of the way for leg posing. On the back his "wings" can be swivelled and raised up and down.

wasn't a big change and like I said I wasn't keen on the original look so I was already thinking of ways to change it when you commented. thanks for the feedback, always helpful.

Quoting Gab BOIDOT Nice head but what curious legs.. You got a lot of inspiration !
I've changed the legs, I know what you mean, I was trying for something that looked similar to the original, but I've decided I don't like it so I've gone a different way.
