While cleaning up a few boxes in the basement the other day I came across a box of Star Trek technical manuals and schematics from both the Movie and Star Trek the Next Generation eras. From this and with the inspiration of many Star Trek MOCs I saw on MOCpages over the last few months I fashioned my own Long Range Shuttle design - minifigure scale. I also got my sharpie and metalic pens out (something I never do) to make custom Commander Riker, Ensign Crusher and Captain Picard minifigs. The warp nacelle pylons are skate board ramps from older lego sets. This design is based on all that my eyes did behold in these lost technical manuals from my youth. Hope you enjoy, its a departure from my usual creations. And I just might do more of Star Trek stuff down the road.

Wow, I hadn't seen this one before. That's an awesome shuttle with some great details. I love the use of the classic computer terminals for the interior. And Jean-Luc looks really cool, too! Great job! :-))
Great change of theme for you, still just as nostalgic! Nice use of the skateboard ramps, excellent interior. I don't normally go for customised minifigs either but your Picard and Riker are spot on! Well done again!
Awesome work, as usual! I'm not a big Star Trek fan and have no idea what this is supposed to be, but it has a great design and shape. Love the parts usage on the wings. Nice custom figs, too. Picard looks really happy.
