Sometimes you'll never know what lies hidden beneath the desert sea of Egypt.
Apart of my Theme + Theme = ?
About this creation
This is just a little short story of mine that combines two Lego Themes.
A group of explorers and reliable hunters are searching for egyptian treasure
in the unknown charts of the desert that could be hidden under the
immence pressure of sand below.
Doctor Martin and his daughter are leading the expedition in search for the Lost Tomb of Pharozar.
With him is Professer Bob (the one with the white hat, also a rather obnoxious guy),
the bossy Sir Lionell (the blondy),
and the rough leading hunter Alex (black hat).
A huge storm takes off, and a golden point is revealed from the layers of sand.
With luck in their sights, the team rushes to the site and begins to dig in hopes for vast riches and archaeological discoveries.
Or will they find a curse instead?
Alex: Alright, who's gonna start digging first? Let's start in alphabetical order!
Eh, Professer Bob, why don't you be of some use to us and start first?
Professer Bob: Hmph!
Later on the 4th day, Doctor Martin suggests that the golden point
is actually the very tip of an obelisk, which now requires even more digging than before.
Alex brought addition hunters (Sir Montgomery and Johnny) to help with the dig.
Or did he?
Lionell in an impatient mood said: "Why must you dig so slow? hurry up!"
After several weeks, a clearing is made and the entire obelisk is dug out.
But something lies hidden beneath that holds something unexpected for our hunters.
As the professer unearths the tomb, skeletal remains appear from the sand.
Lionell: "What are you slouching for? We still have work to do!
Must I do everything?"
Right at the foot of the stone, there was large stone tablet blocking
access to the tomb.
With greedy excitement, Alex and his hunters went down into the tomb
first to "ensure that there was no danger below".
As they went down, Doctor Martin saw something that caught his eye.
Then Alex came up suddenly with an angry look.
"Hey, there's no treasure down here! Just some pretty big Sarcopha-whatever's".
But the Doctor was focused on something else.
Alex: "Hey, what's you lookin' at Doc?"
Lionell: "It's just a bunch of pointless bones."
Doctor Martin: "I think I've made an important discovery!"
Lionell: "I don't get it, there's nothing here in this forsaken land!"
Alex: "This thing looks like some sort of creature, maybe?".
Doctor Martin: "Your absolutely right, this must be a clue!!"
Little do they know of what lurks behind, as a monster looms over them.
Having been abruptly awoken by the hunters, mummified Raptors are forced out of their slumber, now hungery for fresh "flesh".
Uh-oh, poor Bob... and everyone else. The End.
The theme's are Pharaoh's Quest + Dino Attack = Mummified Raptors!
Here's some more shots of the Raptors.
So whenever you're out looking for lost treasure (in your backyard),
always pay attention to the signs around you!
I should have realized that before I started this project I had a short supply of tan pieces.
This style of building is completely new to me.
But making Lego mocs into short stories is fun, so hopefully I'll make more.
You are awesome! When I saw the main dio with obelisk, I was amazed! But with those raptors I'm speechless. I love your dragon building style, your dragons are Cool, detailed, realistic, scary... Well... They are amazing!
