This is the first MoC, that I've built for a contest. First, I was not sure about taking part, because it would be the first time for me building a model of a living creature.
About this creation
It took me around half an hour to build this. Due to the lack of parts and time I've decide to catch the most important parts of the creature and to simplify the rest.
In my opinion the decisive body parts of a sepia are the two long tentacles (which make half of its full length), the lateral fins and huge eyes.
Speaking of huge eyes... here they are. The remaining shorter tentacles are implied by these extensions with the radiator grille on top.
Vote well or the horror of the seas will devour you!
Thanks for the comment! PS: Ich habe das Buch "Die Zwerge" zu Hause, muss aber erst noch Nachrichten aus Mittelerde lesen. (und das ist dann leider das letzte HdR Buch, was ich noch nicht gelesen hab :C) The contest winner is Mark E, but Cuttlefish didn't say who's 2nd and 3rd.

after a few days of deciding... I have decided that even though its kind of blockish, i will give you a 7/10 because it is actually quite interesting. good job.

Cool MOC your picture quality is stunning it is great when people take good pictures!
As Michael and IMPERIAL FLEET expressed it, the build is a bit blockish and machine-like. I did enjoy the color scheme, and how you caught the shape well. The prey's-eye view shot was a definite bonus, as were the use of grill plates as tentacles. Great job! Score=7/10
