A recent trip around Richmond for some inspiration left me wanting to make some of the old buildings that I see everywhere in the commercial areas. The dark green one is a bar and has seating a bar, and a pinball machine. Upstairs is a pool table, cue rack and some chairs. The other building is a generic store. Both feature a detailed rear of the building. Instructions are on my website www.brickcitydepot.com
Once again, I love this. Supreme detail and great combination of colors. One question though, on the back of the store are the bars that hold on to the wall via clips strong? It seems not but just asking.
I am brand new to this forum, and you are my first "discovery". You have a really wonderful style that is very consistent and interesting. I have been playing around with modular constructions for a couple of years now and while mine are generally larger, yours include terrific details--especially on the inside. Thanks for sharing and inspiring! r. Takoma Park, MD
Brian, I haven't commented on any MOCs in a while, so it's fitting I choose one of yours. This is an excellent MOC. It has all of the detail we've come to expect of you. The buildings have that gritty feel you'd see in a neglected urban area that has seen better days. Regards, Eric.
