Dash's Outrider is almost as famous as Han's Falcon, at least among smugglers and other criminal elements. Here's my take om what it would look like. As you can tell, I used parts from the original Lego MF set (in fact the bulk of the floor plan on the saucer I didn't change).
About this creation
View from the top down gives you the basic shape. Like the MF, the Outrider has a starboard command module but is supported by 2 rather than 1 bracing arm. The foreward arm contains similar equipment as the forks of the MF.
Here is a close-up of the command module and arms.
Dash at the controls. There is room behind him for Leebo, his sidekick droid. (The cockpit does flip open on a single hinge - a bit touchy)
Bracing arm houses sensor cluster.
Port side docking hatch. Just forward you can see a torp tube.
KonGar KGDefender Ion Engines (an upgrade from the stock YT-2400 engines)
A view from the back corner: unlike the MF, the Outrider's saucer has a chunk taken out)
This is a "ground level" view between the bracing arms up the retractable loading ramp. (The light coming from inside is an old Lego Light and Sound Battery Box with 3 lights)
