MH-60 Black Hawk
This is a US military MH-60 Black Hawk, used for Medevac, troop transport, and when crammed full of sharpshooters, anti-infantry duty.
About this creation
Here she is, my MH-60 Black Hawk helicopter! Unlike about everyone else on the site, I did not learn about the Black Hawk from Black Hawk Down, but from it's descendant, the USCG HH-60 Jayhawk, the orange and white Coast guard chopper that roams the Alaskan skies in a heroic search for poor, drownding fishermen. Alaska has the greatest concentration of Jayhawks in the world, Comsat Kodiak having four while Comsat Sitka has three. One of them came to Petersburg whem we lived there and we all got to climb in (They were having a Coast Guard day. We got a tour of the USCGC Anacapa too).
US Army MH-60 Black Hawk!!!
Anyway, the Black Hawk is used by the army for medevac and troop rescue, as well as anti-infantry combat. the AH-64 Apache is a great anti-tank, -armor, whatever, but it's very susceptible to enemy infantry. So they cram a Black Hawk full of machine gunners and blow the infantry's socks off. The infantry inside are all viewable by following this link to Squad 13. Thanks for coming and please review!

EDIT: December 12th, '07. This chopper is currently in a million pieces and is being entirely redone. Check back in, say, a few months!

Quoting general toni it is mh60 pavehawk not blackhawk
I beg to differ. The MH-60 is the Black Hawk. The Air Force purchased heavily modifed Black Hawks for Search And Rescue missions, equipped with advanced avionics and in-flight refueling. These are designated the HH-60 Pave Hawk. My model is the US Army MH-60L Black Hawk version of the helicopter.

Very nice. I understand that sliding doors could be a challenge but you should put windows on the doors. Other than that it is good.

Very nice design. I personally don't bother with the sliding doors, but it's cool that you went the extra mile and added that feature. The various pictures you took are looking great, very creative.

Not bad, A little boxy, but its a fair imitation of the helicopter. I think that you need to make some side mounted miniguns, and make it more anti infantry thoguh, Good work!
