At approximetley 2:36 pm a call went out of a worker trapped on a steep incline. E-2, Tech 4, R-2 also known as ambulance 2, Batt 4 and CRU 1 were dispatched. The crews used Tech 4 as an anchor and climed down to retrieve the man. It was believed that the man was not wearing a safety harness wich would have caught him when he started to slide.
