The department's mobile command unit is custom built by SVI on a Kenworth chassis. It's state-of-the-art communications equipment includes a video teleconferencing system and an 800 MHz digital radio system provides interoperable communications. Twenty video displays are mounted throughout the apparatus, including a 42-inch screen mounted outside the vehicle for incident team briefings. The vehicle also can boost signals for better coverage and enhanced communications services.
The rig includes portable thermal-imaging camera receivers, a mast-mounted thermal imaging camera and a mast-mounted high-definition camera to assess emergency situations quickly.

Awesome rig Christian! I love the Kenworth chassis, of course. The body is great too, SVI makes some nice rigs. Fort Worth recently got a new SVI Rescue, didn't they? Anyway, I love all the details you put into this rig, they really make it great. The mirror is awesome. Excellent work as always!
Just loving this truck, excellent job. The first thing that caught my eye was the little mirror on the roof, I have never seen it done like that before. Now you got me thinking of building something like this :D
