Bugatti 16.4 Veyron V1.0 (4-Wide)
My 4-wide model of this 1001 HP super car with an 8 litre 16 cylinder engine with 4 turbo chargers, 4 wheel drive and a top speed of more than 400kph.
About this creation
The Bugatti was one of my first models I built with LDD and one of my last ones to build for real. There were many parts missing and I liked the idea of having a box and building instructions. So I waited until I was ready to order my second DESIGNbyME set:

The virtual building of this model took quite a long time. I built 20 versions of this model until I found this design:

Credits to Tommy N for the grill design.

The most tricky part was the rear air intake. I tried many different designs, but none of them worked really well, until I had the idea with the 1x2 tiles.

I also tried many different designs for the rear end. This is the version I was most satisfied with:

So this is my 4-wide LEGO Bugatti Veyron. I hope you like it.

I've tried making a 4 wide veyron too,. and I think it's pretty much impossible. This one has some great features, the engine area is the best bit for me. Very good.

Hi Nils. Now this does actually look like a Veyron. I love the air intakes and colour scheme. Glad you like my latest. I am also trying out a few 5 wides but not happy with them yet.

You have reached perfection with it. I can't imagaine how this little one could be improved... It's impossible.

Neat little Veyron. I cant see where you could improve it, i just love it when you find the solution to the problem. The intakes/engine are brilliant. Keep on problem solving you're good at it :-)

Quoting Vinny Turbo You should give a try at 5-wide cars.
Quoting Andy L I agree with Vinny, try a 5 wide ...
I'm just getting warm with the 4-wides ;-)) For me it's an extra challenge to go 4-wide, because you are so limited in space, especially in width. But I agree, there are many new possibilities with 5-wides (Vinny, your cars and Angka's cars are a prove for that!) So I think, I'll give it a try soon.
