Here's a little table center piece I made for my wife. Part MOC and part LEGO sets which I beefed up for some winter cheer.

I love the snowy road concept, great piece, richly detailed, lots of interestingly designed figs, thanks to the collectables! |

Lovely MOC, very atmospheric and full of Christmasness! I guess you're obliged to build nice things for your wife when you build on the scale of the BIA. Any secrets of 'wife-pacification due to LEGO escaping from the LEGO room' would be appreciated ;p |

Cute, epic and funny! So many details (as usual) and so close to the real life. It could be sold just like that, a nice gift for Christmas.. |

let the festivities commence. great winter build.
Festive! That's exactly the feel I wanted to convey...like something out of a 1950's Danny Kaye movie! |

Sounds like you've got some sticky negotiations coming up then my friend... Good luck with that and be sure to post a pic of you in your apron! HAHA ~ Chris. |

Like Roger here, I'm wondering where the turkey's gonna fit? 'Cause you can't POSSIBLY move that awesomeness! (I mean you CAN physically but it simply MUST remain on display!) Great work! ~ Chris.
Chris, I got thinking about this after Roger's inquiry. I'm gonna have to negotiate for coffee table “territory” when the family comes over Thursday! And by negotiate, I mean agree to do ALL the dishes and scrub the crusty turkey pan. |

Really nice scene! I like the way you did the snow-covered street :-) If you're considering expanding it perhaps an extension at one end with a small hill or pile of snow next to a bigger skating rink would look good? |

... where you have room for plates and other stuff? ;D
We only use the dining room for Holidays. Plus I'm willing to wager that I have the best wife in all of the AFOL Kingdom! |

Looks great! My wife would never let me do that. I guess you have a separate table for the actual dining, where you have room for plates and other stuff? ;D |

I love it! ... Ho Ho Ho!
Thanks Lori! I've bought my wife all of the Holiday sets each year adding the new one to a fireplace mantle scene for her. With the third set issued this year they just begged for a bigger venue...voila, the dining room table! |
