Scrapit (Transforms)
I've had this model sitting around the house for some time now, and am only now taking pictures. He's complicated, and purposely different looking.
About this creation
The crane mode of Scrap-it is a manned long-arm with plenty of details. His mid section can look sort of odd, but it's covered by lots of crane parts, and needed for transformation.

Here's where we actually begin the transformation. The main crane arm can fold at the top and in the middle, then pivot out. The cockpit of the crane and the front of the vehicle can then be twisted around as well. The entire rear of the vehicle must be folded to allow for the next major step.

This looks like a missed some massive steps, but I haven't. All that needs to happen next is to seperate the sides of the vehicle to unlock it, then twist it using the center piece. The vehicle is built in two asymmetrical halfs held together by this pivoting area. The front right and rear left of the vehicle twist to lock into each-other, creating the torso. Twist around his left arm now that it's free to move. Both the legs only need panel flaps folded and feet pointed out. Then you have the robot!

As you can tell he has a preposterous gun arm. I had to use a bunch of gears inside the larger piece so it could support its own weight properly.

Again, he's "messy" and asymmetrical, but that's the point with this one's style. Hence why I chose to name him "Scrapit". Hope you enjoy the build.

Great job! You have a knack for large, complicated and original Legoformers! Ever consider doing any G1 Formers?

Quoting General SuperSonic I have a minicon that transforms just like this.
He actually did inspire the transformation (the minicon is a missile truck though)

At first I was turned off by the mix of studs and tiles and hard angles everywhere, but the more I look at the transformation the more I love it. Its great that the legs are mirrored in style, yet come from opposite corners of the vehicle. The unfolding front-right and back left concealing them is rather brilliant. I LOVE the chest piece! One crit, he has no feet :/
