My opinion on this is just the same as MortalSwordman's. This car looks beautiful no matter from what angle i am watching it. I am giving you a 5/5 for this. Althrough you should try making stickerless cars. Still , this creation is beautiful :)
I agree with some of the comments below regarding the stickers But it shows great skills to build this and design the decals. An easy 5/5. It is also nice to hear that other builders sometimes 'hate' their creations. I feel the same about one of my recent mocs, but I hope to restart it soon. Excellent build.
Thanks to all! @Marc: i love the t20, but it is nearly impossible to build. i started this t18 celica half year ago, destroyed it many times, built it up and hatet it ... i would go crazy with the t20 ;) the next rallye - car will be the monte carlo escort corworth... i hope :)
Certainly a very accurate replica and a marvelous showing of what can be accomplished with the aid of some brilliantly designed stickers. Can't argue with results, but to me it seems a little like the stickers are doing all the work and not the Lego... still a solid car, and I do like it a great deal.
You are perfecting your techniue! Great sticker-magic for the roof of the car. I agree that at photo of the car without stickers should be shoed also. You should try to achieve some real arcs over the wheels (-if at all posible).
Looks amazing! I've always liked those Castrol Decals! I would love to know how you create your decals. I've got 3 cars sitting around begging for decals to be applied. Any advice would be appreciated ;-)
Three letters are enough for this one: W O W !
OK, some more: The shape is amazing, almost unbelievable that it's only a 6-wide! And I think the stickers are your masterpiece! You have to look more than twice to see that there are really LEGO bricks underneath. A photo without the stickers would be great, just to see that the "brick design" is already very close to the original model. Great job! :-))
