Final Heroica: The first city of Ninjago
The skeleton army and the monsters of Heroica have joined forces to wipe out the few remaining heroes that they can't seem to get rid of. General Nuckal has found Ninjago's original civilization and led his new army to its swift conquest. Can the four ninjas take down Nuckal, or rescue Sensei Wu from his clutches?

The ninja have all new powers.
Kai- Increase the damage you do on sword by 1
Cole- Decrease the damage you take in defense by 1 to a limit of 1
Jay- Move 1 extra space every turn
Zane- Decrease the awareness of monsters by 1 to a limit of 1

A birds eye view of the city.

Now for the big buildings.

The Temple of Ninjago. The roof lifts off to access the store.
Note_ You will notice that each store contains everything it sells.

The Spinjitzu Dojo.

Golden weapons allow you to use extra moves to increase the damage you deal on sword or shield, or decrease the damage you take on skull or sword&skull.
(Example_ The white ninja begins his turn two spaces away from a monster. He rolls a three, and moves up to the monster. With his golden weapon, he uses the remaining unused move to increase his normal damage on sword from 2 to 3 for the following battle)

The bell tower.
The roof and upper section can lift off to provide easy access to the stairs and balcony.

You can take the stairs all the way to the top in six steps.
The heroes you've probably seen around the board can be bought for three gold. They have three health, two strength, and two to three speed depending on the hero. Only the druid can heal, otherwise they must go to the pizzeria, or buy potion to restore health. Their powers are basically the same. They move right after your hero and, aside from limited behaviors, you can do what ever you want with them.
(Example_ The wizard uses his power as much as possible and avoids close quarters combat)

The smaller stores.

The museum. Here you can buy powerful artifacts like the helmet of protection or the crystal of the Ice Wizard.

The central park. Go ahead, throw your gold in the fountain.

The farmer's market. Every kind of potion is sold here.

Second street. Along here you'll find a rancher ready to sell you a steed. There's also a boot shop, where you can purchase the boots of speed or the explore's boots.
The guard houses from the Ninjago board game are basically giant treasure chests. Roll a sword or shield to open them, and reveal either two gold, a weapon, or a powerful monster.

The back woods.

The armory. Some fine weapons can be bought here, that is, if you can get past the guard.

The pizzeria. Bring you helpers here to get them healed up for battle, or just pick up some luck potion.

The dark ally. Trash, dirt, even an old street sign call this home, no wonder its infested with creepy crawlies!

Journey around the armory to get one of these fine battle horses. To acquire a steed you'll need to tame it by rolling a shield, then buy it: 1 gold for an ostrich or donkey, and 3 gold for a battle horse.

Once you have a steed add their health to yours by upgrading your hero-pack.

A dragon statue decorates the city wall.

Everything fits neatly under the Spinjitzu Dojo.

Wow, this is great! awesome upgrades to the game! It's a little hard to see how the board works out here, but I know in real-life you can find your way around the place, nice work!

Quoting Mitchell mueller Great!!!! I love it!!! though have you ever played on it??? that is a great MOC!!!
Yes, I have played on it, it super hard, but also a lot of fun! Unless you team up and play like your life depends on it, it turns into a last one standing challenge.
