I made the first floor a jewelery store. The 2nd floor has 2 apartments and the third floor contains a large apartment which is a bachelor pad. Instructions are available on our website: www.brickcitydepot.com
I really enjoyed building this modular, my favorite in my collection. I thought the second floor was the best part to build and I really like the maroon/tan colour combo. Sourcing the parts was a bit difficult, however I was unlucky with one of the bricklink sellers. Overall it cost about $1200 AUD to build using only genuine lego parts, and it took a year as many of the parts for the third floor went missing in the post.
