The mutant community of Heartlake City sits in the middle of a massive wasteland of nuclear devastation. Patrolling it's borders are many heavily armed vehicles such as the Ultra Violet.
Protecting the civilian families who live in the idyllic Heartlake City from this harsh world and it's dangers is the destiny of all citizens who must complete a five year service period or leave forever.
The recklessness of men in combat situations has led to a high death rate amongst them and has led to population distortion with almost 9 women to every man. That might make it seem like a good place to live but death is around every corner in Heartlake City...
My daughter has some Lego-friends stuff, too.
Maybe i have to wait a while, till i can use that babyblue and pink bricks for new creations;-)
Did you made your daughter cry, by rebuilding her Lego-friends bricks?
I like the way mecha's hand is constructed so you have some finger/digit articulation. A cute girl in a Mecha with a big gun is so anime like! I kinda wish she had additional accessories like a ... a Legendary Flaming Sword of Heartland? or Jump-Jet Pack? :-)
THIS made me Giggle! It has that "I'm cute, but don't F_ _ _ with me!" vibe to it! Love the details all around, but the red nail polish knocks it out of the park for me! Oh, and very nice job on the pilot too!
Great MOC! Usually I'm not too fond of modding pieces and stuff, but I'll make an exception for Lt. Butterfly (and no, it has nothing to do with the fact that she controls a giant mech to stomp me over with). I really like the desing of this mecha, you made a fantastic job with this one!
AWESOME! Every 8-10 year old Mocer says Pink is a "Girl Color", I think not! In fact, I think Pink is one of the coolest colors out there! And you took Pink and an Awesome mech and turned into somthing epic! Great job!
Great colours, great design, great custom minifigure, and some cool guns, what more does a Mech want?
Nothing, you've nailed it1 Well done, you have created an outstanding creation and something to be proud off!
Also if you have the time could you please give me some feed back on this?

Can you tell us what kind of paint you used?
Acrylic model paint - in this case Warhammer brand, but any high quality acrylic will do - I often use normal high end picture painting acrylic - it goes on very smooth, but need more layers, this does give a very rich depth though. In this case I went for the faster, but more prone to clumping, model paint.
I hope all the critics of the FRIENDS line see this MOC, it's proof positive that GUYS can enjoy and MOC or MOD them! I don't think however LEGO thought of HEART LAKE as a community needing protection, BUT if it did call in ULTRA VIOLET, loved your use of the lipstick as nails! EXCELLENT! Come see my TAME FRIENDS on my pages some designs and some MODS! I love the MOD of the figure! Can you tell us what kind of paint you used?
Haha! I commented this on February 3th: "Don't matter how much a try to build something, in the end it will turn in a mech. If I buy a Friends set, it'll become a mech..." (The post can be read here: http://www.mocpages.com/group_conversation.php?id=19289&topicid=76343). And now I see this! Man, you trully have my respect! Amazing work, BTW. And the figure mod: Priceless!
that's just scary... :P quick question. how exactly did you get so many lipstick ends to use for the fingers? also, I think you deserve some medal for being (I'm about positive) the first person to put a Belville minifig into a Mech, or any machine of war for that matter. anyway, excluding the fear-inspiring color scheme, this is very nice! I think the gun could use a little work, but otherwise this is really cool. I might have to try the lipstick claw thing for myself...

One thing that's got me scratching my head thou, is the mech's gun. Did you use a Armor Core game as insperation? Cause I could have sworn it looks like the gun that one of the mechs use in either AC3 or AC4...
No sorry I'm not familiar with the latest armoured core, the gun just kind of came together using those trans-pink elements.
I actually loled when I saw this, that is awsome dude! I bet alot of girls would want to put there friends set into a mech now, or at least the tomboy girls do, if they saw this. Way to stick it to the old man at Lego you came up with this patron izing range. This is absolutely Pinktastic. Have you used lipstick as fingers? Ingenious. I really wish I had some pink lego but I am a boy so I am not allowed apparently ;)
This is how the entire product line should have been branded from the beginning. The hottest mechs, the prettiest pilots and no one complaining about gender stereotyping the product! Why won't anyone in Denmark linsten!
