I think this a particularly difficult category, in that we're asking for a "set" feel to the MOC, while still looking for sound parts usage, playability, and detail. Sets can often be poor in their appearance due to low parts volume, structural requirements, etc. This REALLY manages to strike a nice balance between the detailed appearance of a MOC, and that set flavor. I can't quite give it a five due to the smaller scale, but a resounding 4! Nicely done!
We asked to see a set that Lego "should" produce for the new LOTR sets and you really nailed it in my opinion! The playability (inside and outside) really pushed it over the top! Score of 5 from me! ~ Chris.
This may just be me misinterpreting the rules, but they said to build it as if you were a lego designer, and there are plenty of techniques that they'd never use. Don't get me wrong, this is easily the coolest bag end I've see to date out of the hordes of them on mocpages, but I'm just wondering about the specifics.
