This gun is 101 years old today. It was adopted by the US military as the standard-issue sidearm on March 29th 1911. March 29th is also my Birthday which makes this particular gun more special to me than most.
I cannot find instructions for this gun, only images. it would be most helpful if you could send me the instructions at: Hunter-Zombie-Killer@hotmail.com or if anyone else has recieved his email please forward it to me
The gun is great I would appreciate if you could send me the instructions I've looked everywhere for them if you would be so generous to share the instructions please send them to email@example.com thank you
First I must say that this rendering is excellent. Second, though Browning was the genius who designed this classic and durable firearm, it is technically a Colt M1911. Browning never produced this firearm, Colt was the manufacturer. You should build a BAR.
Quoting Armageddon XD
sorry to be nit picking but that is the COLT M1911, not the browning (browning's consisted of machine guns and automatic rifle-the bar- colt made pistols mostly) but the moc itself is epic, well done.
Well...you're partially right. Colt was the original manufacturer of John M. Browning's 1911 pistol. However, the gun has been manufactured by many other companies such as Remington, Springfield, etc. I prefer to call it a Browning, since that is the most accurate way of referring to the gun's design.
This is very cool, I remade my own one and was going to take pictures but Tyler threw it across the room and it broke in to hundreds of pieces and then my mom put them in a bucket and I cant find any pieces. :(
This was a tough one for me. It was borderline between a 'very accurate' 5 or a 'missing something' 4. If you had done a magazine, bullets, a holster or something else, it would have brought you up to a 5. Once again, the accuracy on this is spot on. It just seems to be 'missing something'. Score: a SOLID 4 (Happy Birthday BTW!)
Very nice! While I find LEGO guns fairly straightforward and simple builds in general, I see you've done some nice SNOTage and angles that make this stand out. Even more impressive is the timeframe you built this in, you're pumping entries out like a madman! Great work, and happy birthday!
I'm in AWE! I love this so much I might have to copy it. IMO this is the best Lego gun I've seen. Looks so good. Best of luck! Now I need to get myself a Black toi let seat or is it a life preserver? lol
