As man evolved over the ages, there were many great innovations, discoveries, and ideas. What the great master did in his poetry, humankind did over innumerable years, changing, adapting, inventing. From the discovery of the wheel (hey, round things roll!) to our future robot overlords (destroy all humans), we will continue to change, indefinitely. There will be many obstacles, pitfalls, and nay-sayers, but one thing is certain: the metamorphosis is never complete.
Fourth Wall: I really tried to capture the true human spirit here, the creativity and curiosity that fuels invention, by blending the old and the new, and juxtaposing two very different time periods. I would have hoped to make this larger, possibly including the Victorian period, but due to time constraints I was forced to finish it off here.
