When a GPS isn't strong enough on it's own, an Advanced form can be enabled by the pilot and the Power Suit's engineer. This Advanced form is much stronger and more powerful than the original Power Suit... The Hope-01 was facing the Shadow Blitz, but it just wasn't strong enough. It had to flee the battle, leaving the gas miners on Neptune and Uranus to the mercies of the Rogues. All was thought to be lost. But the next day, the Hope-01 returned, upgraded and more powerful than ever! In it's Advanced Alpha form, the Hope-01 is the most powerful thing in the Guardian fleet... and possibly in the entire Core system. No Rogue will be able to stand against it... Not even the Shadow Blitz...
About this creation
The Hope-01 in Advanced Alpha form. The first to be enabled and upgraded to this form, the Hope-01 will attempt to take back the gas mines of Uranus and Neptune with only a few other Guardians. This should be easily accomplished.
The Hope-01 GPS-12A upgrade carries a melee weapon. Pilot Hiram Tenekam is not as skilled with a sword as he is with a gun, but that doesn't mean he can't deal damage.
With a booster pack, the Hope-01 is now capable of terrestrial flight-- but at lower speeds than space flight, of course. The booster pack can be jettisoned for more freedom of movement if need be.
The Advanced Alpha Form Hope-01 GPS-12A is equipped with an upgraded semi-auto sniper rifle, capable of putting a hole in the head of nearly any enemy.

The Hope-01 GPS-12A pushed back the enemy forces of the Rogues on Uranus, who retreated to Neptune. Rumor is that they have a new Rogue Power Suit, built to combat the newly upgraded Hope-01. Let us pray these rumors are false...

A view of the booster pack. I'm quite proud of this thing.
The booster pack can open up a little. I built it this way for no particular reason except that it looked cool. Come up with a logical explanation yourself, if you want to.
