I offer a tribute to the Honda Element, now officially retired from production. I used to own a Kiwi Element but was forced to trade it for (alas) a minivan when my third child was born. Since that time my two older children have been begging me to design a LEGO version of the former family hauler for them to play with. The LEGO model includes a steering wheel, moonroof, and driver and passenger seats. I built the model in LEGO Digital Designer. If you like the model, you can vote for it to become a LEGO product at LEGO CUUSOO: http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/17061
About this creation
The Tangerine (or Citrus Fire, if you prefer) Element.
The Royal Blue Element.
"Imperial troops have entered the base."
"Well gang, it looks like we have another mystery on our hands."

Excellent! Maybe put some wider tires on it, that's gonna make it a slightly bigger car I think. But the bodywork is awesome, and I like it!
Thanks! Using slightly wider tires would be nice. Unfortunately if I did I don't think I would be able to use the round mudguard, which is a critical element in the body of the vehicle. I think these tires are the best I can do right now. If I use the new half-sized round mudguard, I should be able to use a larger wheel and tire assembly. But this might risk creating the look of a "monster-truck" Element (I encountered with this problem when building the Land Rover Defender). Thanks again for your comments. I'm open to ideas.

Awesome!!! I wish your cars were sets! Did you ever here of Lego Cuusoo?
Thanks, Alex! Each vehicle I have posted here at MOCpages also has a page at LEGO CUUSOO. The web address is in the last sentence of the description that introduces each vehicle. If you copy and paste the web address into your browser, it should take you directly to the vehicle's page at LEGO CUUSOO. There you can vote, comment, and promote as you like.
