The Draxon, in orbit above Ryloth, two weeks before the events in The Revenge of the Sith.
John Vandarr: "The entire fleet is on standby General, as soon as the Separatists arrive we'll hit them with everything we've got."
Michel Kringe: "Don't forget to leave the flagship Vandarr."
Harash Soru: "Master, I thought I'd talked you out of this stupid mission. Dooku wont be there!"
Michel Kringe: "But is it worth risking missing a potential opportunity my friend?"
Agen Kolar: "Just blow up the ship I say. we'll get him one way or the other."
Hara grinned widely as Jedi Master's Agen Kolar and Saesee Tiin walked onto the bridge.
Harash Soru: "Agen! Saesee! It's good to see you both my friends!"
Saesee gripped Hara's hand in a firm shake and returned his smile.
Saesee Tiin: "It's good to see you as well Hara. Now tell me, what is the plan?"
Harash Soru: "It should be fairly simple. You, Master Tiin, will lead our space forces in the attack on the Separatist fleet whilst Agen, you will prevent them from deploying any transports. I would say that Michel and I would be there to help but Michel is insistant on finding Dooku and I cannot let him go alone."
Agen Kolar: "Finding Dooku could prove difficult, as could capturing him."
Michel Kringe: "I have made my choice, Dooku is too dangerous to let him escape us again."
Saesee Tiin: "On that matter Master Michel and I are agreed. And I think that combined him and Hara will prove a match for this Sith Lord."
The hanger of the Dominator, flagship of the Separatist's invasion of Ryloth.
Harash Soru: "That was strangely easy."
Michel Kringe: "Of course it was."
Harash Soru: "Then we are walking into a trap."
Michel Kringe: "That, or Dooku is expecting us to come."
The meditation chamber of Count Dooku of Serreno. Amidst the fighting the Count sits quietly, bathing in the shadows of the Dark Side.
Michel Kringe: "Dooku."
Count Dooku: "Ah Master Kringe, and Master Soru. I must say you're here sooner than expected."
Harash Soru: "Your Droids didn't prove much of a challenge Dooku."
Count Dooku: "Then I shall provide one to make up for them!"
Dooku leapt forward, his blade clashing powerfully against Michel's.
Count Dooku: "I must say, this move seems rather reckless for you Master Soru."
Michel Kringe: "And what makes you think this is Hara's idea?"
Dooku quickly spun around and parried Hara's attack.
Count Dooku: "Ah I see. So what does that make you Hara?"
Harash Soru: "I'm here for protection."
Dooku smiled thinly.
COunt DOoku: "Against the power of the Dark Side, there is no power to protect."
Dooku raised his arms and fired of a bolt of electricity, catching Hara off guard.
With a grunt Hara flew back across the floor and lay still.
Count Dooku: "Come Michel, you are a man of honour. We shall face each other on equal terms."
Michel swung at Dooku's legs but the Count jumped nibly back.
Hara mumbled as he began to wake up.
Count Dooku: "I wonder what you hope to gain here Master Kringe?"
Michel Kringe: "Your death will bring an end to this war Dooku!"
Count Dooku: "Will it though Michel? I am but one of a pair. There are always two Sith, my death will mean very little in the grand scheme of things. But what of your death I wonder. What impact will that have on the great Harash Soru?"
Michel Kringe: "You know nothing of Hara or his destiny."
Count Dooku: "Don't I?"
Hara groaned as he pushed himself painfully to his feet.
Count Dooku: "What happens when there is no one there to guide him. What will he do I wonder?"
Michel looked at his former student, staring him straight in the eyes. Michel nodded to himself, he knew what he had to do."
Michel Kringe: "May the Force be with you Hara."
Raising his lightsaber, Michel made no effort to parry Dooku's final attack.
Harash Soru: "No!"
However, as Dooku's blade struck the Jedi, Michel's body vanished, his robes and lightsaber dropping to the floor.
Count Dooku: "It is done. You are injured Soru, I will not fight you like this. Leave my ship now and my fleet will leave Ryloth. For now."
Hara glared at Dooku, his lightsaber burning brightly in his hand.
But in his mind the voice of his Master began to speak to him.
Michel Kringe: "Run Hara, do as he says."
Without looking back, Hara turned and headed for the hanger.
Coruscant, the Jedi Temple. Several days later. The Jedi gather to honour a fallen friend and mentor.
Yoda: "With you, Michel will always be."
Hara smiled as he remembered the voice of his Master in his head.
harash Soru: "I know Master. He is at last one with the Force."
I was expecting him to die in this season, but I was really surprised when I saw that he chose himself to die. Epic idea! I'm sure he had very good reasons... Thank you very much for this honorful death!! :)
Cool stuff, Dude! Some nice action sequences there, with the close-up shots especially. A subtle detail that many miss. Can't erase away the stands for the ship, though? Check out the Rocket Surgery Group for some photoediting tips, if you're interested.
