Thank goodness, I finally got this posted! After two months of hard work, I am now proud to present to you, "The Land of the Lost". This was a huge project for me and thank you to these people for their help and support, Josh E, Jackson Williams, Hayden Hall, Joe W and Levy the Bomb. I wouldn't have gotten through it if it wasn't for you guys. ;) So after one Bricklink order, one very sad moment, (I picked it up and it split in half, I was not a happy camper.) it's finished! God Bless, Justin.
This.... is amazing. The foliage is great, the castle is great, the lake is great... everything is outstanding. Easily your best build. Would you please give me some advice on how to improve with my medieval stuff? I like to build with it, but only have one up. Here's that one http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/346666

Hey, if you don't mind my asking, how do you get the rock to curve like that, and still be stable? (or is it stable?)
To answer your question: I used the curved wall technique using 2x1's and cylinders. Then I just put rockwork over the front of the wall. That's basically all you have to do. To answer your last question: It is actually quite stable;) Hope that helps!
Oh man... You sure did come a long way, I feel proud of you. There are magnificent techniques employed here, the curved stairs, the tiled castle, and the nice and clean water too. By the way, I'm happy to announce that with my LIKE, this has moved from fourth to third most popular this week. Congrats!

The actual ground, is SO plain, if you made it more rough and jagged it would be so much better! Very nice, though, mate! :)
The rock wall is amazing!!!!! My only complaint is that the ground below the cliff and the water is a little to plain. You should create a version two, with like a market on the bottom. That way you can get in more textures and colors. Great job anyways! The trees are also great!
Sweet build! From the title, I expected dinosaurs, sleestak, and gas stations from the sixties. Still, despite my original assumption, I found this build charming and very creative. Keep up the great work!
I love the shape of the bank and the trees. your color work is cool as well. If you added more details like variation in the ground so it isn't like a flat baseplate(especially around the fence posts) or add a splash in the water, the scene might pop more. Nice job.
Amazing work, Justin! The castle wall and the rocks it stands on is impressive! And I like the goats! Overall, it would have looked much nicer if the landscape were more rocky and hilly. But, fantastic job, anyway! :D
