Brickworld 2012!
Brickworld 2012 was a lot of fun! I got to see so many different awesome creations. I don't know who many of them were made by, so if you see one of your creations in my pictures, please let me know so I can give you credit for it.
About this creation

A very cool house on a hill. The guy wearing the blue-gray t-shirt and glasses to the left of the house is me. You might have seen me if you were there on saturday.

The Black Pearl by Benjamin Kobold .

The very large Blacktron moc.

This russian cathedral by Heath Flor was amazing!

A forest from the virtualug (Did I spell that right?) collaborative display based on Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.

The white rabbits house by Stacy Sterling .

The Bandersnatch by Tyler Halliwell .

A tower and chess board by Hans Dendauw .

A very large white tower by Chris Phipson .

Greebles! The detials in this were neat.

This caterpiller was also part of the virtualug display. I love his expression.

This impressive red tower was built by Tyler Halliwell .

A hedge technique by Lee Jones that I've never seen before.

Alice at the tea party with the mad hatter and the rabbit.

The Old Man and The Sea by Paul Vermeesch . I sort of got to meet Paul, meaning I told him that I really liked his creation. Unfortunately, I didn't get to introduce myself or talk much because I had to leave :( I will probably have a display next year, so then maybe we can actually meet.

One of my favorite things I saw there, Star Wars Relativity, also by Paul Vermeesch.

The vivid colors in this castle-like creation really stood out to me.

A closeup of the lake in the Blacktron layout. The monorial goes around on a track and the lake glows.

Iron Man suiting up.

This leg/shoe technique is cool.

When I first saw this I didn't think it was Lego.

A clever use for those big minifigures.

The largest room. There were a lot of people in there.

The black knight from Monty Python and The Holy Grail.

This circular sign was taller than me!

There were lots of easter eggs in these town layouts, for example Hagrid and Harry in the flying motorcycle.

Alien invasion was the theme of this town layout.

I have no idea what this thing is besides a big curvy halo ship, but man, it was cool.

Some easter eggs in a Lawrence of Arabia creation.

That is the strangest horse I have ever seen. In the back you can see a bull with really big horns.

There was this really big machine that would carry lego basketballs and soccer balls all around. It was really big and had lots of cool features like the counter shown above.

An overhead shot of the medieval village.

A look down one of the small streets in the town.

Part of a Neotron moc, trains would spiral up this part.

Another part of the Neotron moc. I like the death worm creature in the lake.

I thought this was a neat idea, a friends tank.

Jousting on motorcycles with cheerleaders on the side. Whats the worst that could happen?

Steampunks mini airships.

The use of a dinosaur and frogs in this is ingenious.

Lots of NPUs in this.

This little spaceship reminded me of Spaceman Spiff.

That whole tower is snotted dark tan tiles.

I'm not really sure what this is...

A LOT of minifigures.

Mirage by Tyler Clites, also known as legohaulic , and Nannan Zhang .

Some more castle stuff, I believe this was for Guilds of Historica.

An awesome modern style house by Dave Kaleta .

One of the coolest minifigure scale cars I have ever seen.

The Eurobricks pirate layout.

The most Lego monkeys I have ever seen in one place. If you look closely you can see some hippies and a banana in the center of the island.

A glow in the dark ghostship.

Some sort of glowing sea monster attacking a ship.

Pirate life.

To the right of the picture you can see frodo and the hobbits. "This is not the tavern you are looking for."

Some steampunked star wars ships.

I like how you can see underwater in this layout.

There were a lot of mosiacs in this room.

A vineyard with both red and green grapes.

A little easter egg in Star Wars Relativity. The people in there are sig figs of some of Paul's friends.

The black pearl once again.

The front of a big black and white tower for the virtualug layout by Chris Phipson .

A cheerleader being runover by an ambulance. Its kind of ironic considering ambulances are supposed to help people.

Lots of smart cars.

The battle of the Merrimack and the Monitor, the first metal ships.

One of my favorite minifigures that I saw for sale.

Well, that finishes up by Brickworld recap. I'm looking forward to meeting all those who are attending next year. Thanks for checking out this page.

Quoting I.M.A. Lego-Fan What are NPUs and easter eggs?
NPU means nice part usage, and easter eggs are hidden things that are usually funny. Thanks for the comment!

Btw, that covonant cruiser (big curvy halo ship) is incredible, I defined the ship earlier as 'impossible to build in lego', I was wrong :P it's amazingly accurate

i've seen around 5 rewiews of the BW, and only you had the pearl in it, nice job, ive seen that pearl sometimes, but its still so amazing, i hope you beat that sometime, what i also like with the BW in USA, compared to the one in Denmark, is that, theres so many mocs thats out of theme, it can be just a single moc, in deck, you have to be part of a very very big layout, else you cant get in, also the fan zone is much bigger than in dk, (kind of ironic concidering that its here LEGO come from) anyhow, nice rewiew, you had some things in it the others didnt,
