A Big Thanks goes out to Paulo for sending me the fences that were needed to complete the ladder and to Sven J. for the reflective tape.
Thanks Guys. Once I get the stuff I need for my label maker I will be putting numbers on her. Heavy Engine will be placed above the windshield just like on the real engine this was modeled after. If it wasn't for Paulo, this engine would have sat until I could have gotten the pieces and who knows how long that would have taken.
Wow, absolutely great work. Nice to see it finished now. Yes, the white clear headlights are looking much better. I know the diggin through all my Legos too. Sometimes i'm really surprised which cool parts i find in my Lego pile ;)
Sven, The lights that are on there on temp. I am digging through all the lego's right now looking for more clear lights. I have a ton just hard to find lol.
Matt - The ladder when finished will be white just like Engine 241. If I went grey it wouldn't look anything like their engine. Just got to find the rest of the fence pieces and the ones that are there will be painted white.
This is a raelly nice Truck. Looks good in every detail especially with the bigger wheels. Can't wait to see it finished. I one point i agree with Christian. You should change the Headlights, this would look better on it. Great work mate :)
