It was described in the books as "The walls looked like slabs of the ocean floor" and I did my best to create that. And I added my own little "sandcastle" touch to that ;)
I also made all of the furnature in the cabin brown, it's suposed to be wood from old ships.
About this creation
Inside the cabin
The beds and hammick. And four sea chests that hold their belongings.
Eli and Mersadie playing battleship.
A tellescope looking out to the sea and a fish tank with Captain Gill and Finagin.
A potted garden of seaweed.
A blue recliner, a water fountain where most of the demigods make their calls, and a lamp that helps to make a rainbow out of the mist from the fountain.
(without the minifigs)The battleship table and decoration on the wall.
Another look at the outside of the cabin.
A closer look at the minifigs: Eli the cyclopes and Mersadie, son and daughter of Poseidon.
I love the way you decorated the walls on the outside! But try to use flat tiles all the time. The floor could use some tiling. And here's a tip. If you don't have enough flat tiles for that, use sideways studs. Put bricks down sideways and use the side as the floor. Great work, Sparrow!
