About this creation
My sixth project in the trains sector...
under 'LEGO Trains'.
The goal was NOT to make an exact looking model of the NS Train, but to make one who fits in the normal miniland. That's why I used the normal train doors and why I used the standard Lego Train measurements. So do not comment on that, please!

Hi Johan, It's was nice meeting you during Legoworld 2009. Your Koploper train is amazing. In reality it looks so much better than the photo suggests.

I really like it and I don't have a problem with it being short. Lego models don't need to be in scale. It is my favourite of your creations and I'm glad you have stayed by your principles.

This moc looks pretty good, just that it's too short and the scoop on the front doesn't look good enough. and the front just dont seem right to me. I know that it is a strange front of atrain, but i did get it to work. Only i don't have lights yet on my version. The doors are just too lego-like, try to change these in smaller more realistic doors. the red/yellow lights could be updated now with 1x1 slopes. euhm... does it even have an engine?
