The British Mark V tank was an upgraded version of the Mark IV tank, deployed in 1918 and used in action in the closing months of World War I, in the Allied intervention in the Russian Civil War on the White Russian side, and by the Red Army.
About this creation
Let me start off by saying, I am very sorry for recent pictures having a problem with the white balance, I have fixed it and it hopefully wont be a problem anymore.
Credit to Brickmania for the design.
Front. This was actually a impulse build, I wasn't going to build the Mark V originally, until I saw a bin of Dark Bley LEGO's, everything's blurry after that.
Left. Anyway, I feel like this was a great tank to add to my collection!
Back. I like the back.
Right. I would also like to note that this is the Male version of the tank.
The main gun/guns can turn, about as far as the real one can.
Next to my Whippet Tank
Next to some Brit's.
"This was a bad idea..."
I've got one WW1 era tank left, and, it's pretty obvious what it is...
Fantastic! I've seen a lot of Armor on the 'pages but very few WWI era. This stands proudly out among the rest.
I Love when someone takes the time to arm their soldiers with period accurate weapons. In this case Lee Enfields and a Lewis. Gotta love Brickarms
