About this creation
Ok guys, here goes for my first uploaded creation. And let me start off by excusing for the bad photo quality and the lack of a proper studio(This was shot at my mothers sewing-setup). Secondly the rather lame name of this ship is the M.M.O.R.P.G(Mandolorian Multi-Operational Rocket-Proppelled Gunship), and I kinda made it up while I was building it, so not a lot of thought went into the title but rather the build.

Now this project started when I got my second 7914 Mandolorian Battle Pack. At first, I didn't know if I was going to mash them up or not, but slowly realized that it could turn out interesting. After a lot of fintuning and several other bricks, this was the result, a Gunship that shares only the idea of what it started out as. But I love it anyways.

As for lore, then there's not much to say, but that this was multi-purpose ship used during the Clone Wars. Now, I have only seen the first and half of the second season, so I don't quite know if the Mandolorians would ever use such a ship as this.

This is a shot from one side of the ship, showing the bomb compartment.

By moving this tiny handle, the bombs will drop.

During building, an idea of the ship to feature interchangable parts popped into my head. And as you can see here, the ship can also be used to carry containers.

Here's a module containing weapons, used for deployment on the battlefield.

This part consists of an additional set of wings, used for enhanced maneuverability. Two pairs of rockets are also included, enabling the gunship of effictively firing missiles from above whilst dodging most ground and aerial based attacks. In this shot, however, all the gear is retracted.

But as you can see here, the wings can go further back, and the missiles up.

However if combat is the main focus, a pair of gatling guns is the best choice.

Finally a good use, colourwise, for these blue pins or whatever they're called.

Not only the back section can be customized...

... but also the front...

and then attached to the main hulk again.

This opens up for even more customization opportunities.

Aswell as wings, the cockpit can be equipped with two missile-batteries.

And combined with the gatling guns you have a gunship capable of wrecking havok in it's path.

And if you mount a pair of precision lasers, well then you have an unstoppable beast.

And here's a final shot of some of the interchangable components.

So what do you think? Is it a little two much, or do you like the concept of mix and match to create different versions of the same ship? I'm thinking about making even more modules, perhaps something more dropship-ey.

I see great potential in this design, with a few refinements and modifications this could be a winner, good job.
