Another version of the Viper SRT-10, this time with some sacrifices, to fit in the cool stripe technique of JKs..
About this creation
My second version of a Viper in four wide, I like them both in different ways, this has a stripe that runs most of the length of the car, unfortunately not the entire length.. Also, I have a parts restriction in blue, meaning some pieces are a little out of place..
The classic Viper intakes are further back than they should be, in order to fit the stripe on the bonnet.
Quoting Cars Lover
I donīt saw the the title but it was clear what it is, this shows how good you are, maybe you can build a really new car and send it to Lego, maybe they will produce it
Thanks a lot! A nice idea, but I doubt they would be interested, as it would cost a lot to get licencing. This does not matter as much when they are selling large models, but with smaller models its more difficult to make the money :)
Quoting Smokie Smoke
Looks great! I see you forgot the rear windshield? Would you mind if I build my own?
Thanks! I did not forget, I left it out because it looked better without a window than with a window that was the wrong shape. Sometimes with four wides, rather than cramming them with features of the real car, its better to get the shape and feel of the car. I find that having the shape right is far more important than having as many details as possible. But then that is just my building style. And that is fine, no need to ask me for permission. Thanks for the comment!
