It was a rather calm day at Hero Factory when a startling image came in from an observatory; two gigantic robots were slugging it out over a desert planet. Mr. Makuro offered a recon mission to the heroes at the factory. Due to the threat of Von Nebula, most of the heroes were busy. Besides, they preferred battle to recon duties. Then somebody piped up from the back of the briefing room-
"How about me?"
Mr. Makuro decided that Zam was the best he'd get that day, so he accepted quickly. Zam received his mission orders just when Spherus Magna formed.
The flight plan was a risky one at best. It involved a trip through an asteroid field and a power saving measure that used a gravitational "slingshot" maneuver around a large red star. The asteroid field was no problem, but when the pod got to the red star, it was struck by three tendrils of lightning. Hero Factory lost track of the pod after that.
When Zam woke up, first thing he did was check the monitors to see where he was. Second, he climbed out of the crater in the ice. Third, freak out when he saw his reflection in the ice. Needless to say he was shocked by how much he'd altered, and not only in size and powers which he seemed to know instinctively. He didn't feel that mechanical any more, like he was more alive...
"Uh, hi?"
Zam turned to see a tall red figure walking towards him.
"Hello. I, um, seem to be lost. Could you direct me to a near settlement?"
"Sure, there's one this way. Need a hand?"
"That would be nice, thanks. My name is Zam by the way."
"Jordan. Nice to meet you."
Zam then began his mission to scout out Spherus Magna, not only in landscape but reading the Ko-Matoran chronicles and investigating the Onu-Matoran archives (noting a few Hero Factory items, much to his interest). He also met Ossum and Krizan, two of Jordan's companions. He met Jordan several more times, including once in the underworld where he fought with other Toa (including Turaga Jube) to escape, but Jordan was trapped in the underworld in the end. Zam then resumed his exploration, always keeping his eyes and ears open for news on Jordan or the underworld. Recently he's heard that Jordan's back, but he's been renamed Lordanian and he has the Kanohi Hau implanted in his chest. Despite this news, he's overjoyed and is looking for Lordanian now.

On to the photos!

The Hero Core was internalized for covert missions, and there's a heartlight next to it.

Sword, pistol...

...and powerstaff for special occasions.

...Plus martial arts skills.

Action shots!

Zam and Lordanian (I don't have a Kanohi Hau, so that piece will have to do.)
