After ordering almost $90 worth of PAB, and realizing the larger pieces were ordered in the wrong color, (On the website the Blacks and Dark Grays look the SAME), I present these cars. I'm probably going to make a few changes here and there to these but don't expect a new post.
About this creation
Here they are. Please Enjoy.
Nice picture, except for the lighting.
Obviously the other side.
I like the contrast of colors here. At least one part on these stands out.
The baggage side of the car. I made this door a little wider. Mostly because I couldn't find the right parts to make this door like the other 3.
I love the steps. So simple.
The roof-line. Lots of little windows in it.
***I know the pictures are not the best. Black bricks are impossible to photograph.
And on to the Coach
More windows....not much else here.
Again the handrails on the "whatever the walkway on the ends of old train cars is called".
I like the 2 emerald stripes along the sides of each car.
Just a little comparison to the Caboose's steps.
My Full Casey Jones Train
(And at the time I am writing this the Grateful Dead's song "Casey Jones" comes on the radio. What Luck.)
Another picture of the full set.
And I still have my Lionel General assembled. Not destroying any of these for a while.
And those are all the Lego trains I have assembled now.
Here is the Train Death Drawer. (Also where I keep all my track....I have most of it out of the drawer.)
In this picture you can see some Toy Story trains, the remnants of the Emerald Night's coach, the other coaches I've built, the General's canceled cars, and most other train related stuff.
