"The concept of the unknown is an idea that has kept people curious since the beginning of time. And this curiosity to explore the unknown is what drives many to find answers. Often times this drive pushes us enough to find what we are looking for. Yet it is never quite settling. There is always uncertainty, unrest, even fear of what might still be in the recesses of what we believe we know. There is always a piece of us, no matter how miniscule, that still has an intense desire to uncover what secretly is always just out of sight. Logic tells us that there is nothing there, for time after time, we have looked just to be sure. But it is never good enough. Deep down you wish to believe something IS there. Something to be found. Deep down you always have to know what lurks behind that tree in the forest, what peeks out behind the closet door, and what lies on the dark side of the moon..."
The rest of the photos listed below are merely more shots of the build. I apologize in advance for the poor photography.
Curious Commentary: My intentions with this build were to try and portray some of the symbolic power of the phrase "dark side of the moon", rather than a literal moon build. I also attempted to incorporate the color scheme and objects of the album cover itself, all in all this being more of an 'artistic piece'. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you enjoyed.
