Quoting joshua jacobson well done since you entered this toa for the toa warrior contest i can explain their purpose and what they can do but not yet though but i can explain what the promise world is: the promise world is a place that was created by a group of hybrids of bionicle and hero-factory people called the beings they created the promise world for people that are bionicle herofactory or minifigs that died they go the promise world or go on vacation and stuff. how it does that well its because of the two objects called the teleporting stones one is good and the other is bad, but one of the beings created an infinity energy stone that can recycle the energy without absorbing energy from other people but they feared if a dangerous evil entered the promise world and concur it will be the end of all life but they created a group of toa called the toa warriors but one of the beings left the promise world along with the rest of the beings scaterd across the planet on of the beings then started a bionicle goverment to create a bionicle order group called the circle (this goes along with what we cannot see) back at the promise world all but two toa warriors were killed the remaining ones were toa visola and toa dirtrax there was another but it wasn't perfected and was locked away inthe beings facility and all they history of the promise world with it.
