One of my favorite cars from the video game Gran Turismo 4. Such a handful, but so much fun when you drive it right.
About this creation
I acquired some chrome 2x2 dishes for my headlighty needs, but I still need to figure out how to use them to their fullest extent. Right now a bit of the red from the front bumper is reflected onto the headlight. Not good. =/
Whilst I did make a Bricklink order, I didn't remember to buy a 1x3 curved arch bit. Yay my logics.
The side view, the rear suspension seems to need a bit more 'oomph'. The front has posable wheels, and no springy stuff.
Mind you, in person this thing looks like a proper Cobra. I really like its stripe, its complicated techniques, its stripe, the chrome, the roll bar, and the stripe.
Enough nonsense, here's a door.
And here's some seats! I used brick bricks for extra comfort.
No, really. Those are in fact the new brick textured bricks from Lego.
And this is a working V8, the design of which I've perfected at this point. It runs smoothly and easily.
The trunk, which isn't 'Ima explode' red, its a dull grey...
The car, however, IS 'Ima explode' red. Good to know.
I suppose at this point you'll be wanting me to say something witty.
Thanks very much for viewing! And thanks to Mr. Carroll Shelby, for his wonderful contributions to the world of automobiles.
This isn't Chris, this is his new full time assistant, the one he hired to keep up with all of the Senator's MOC's. If Chris were here, I'm sure he would say this is OUTSTANDING ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS! =D nice work again S.
