Hey, Brigs, why am I the third guy here? You're failing at salesmanship, man!
About this creation

With airborne vessels becoming dismal failures in concentrated maelstrom environments, it was apparent to Assembly Engineers and Sentinel Strategists that more heavily armored varieties would be necessary in high infection areas such as Crux Prime. While the Lambda Hen class drop ship was set to replace the Talon in this role, the Linebacker class fighter was established as the primary fighter for combat in maelstrom concentrated areas. Utilizing advances in energy shielding and power systems that resulted from the Nexus Force's 'World's largest blank check', the Linebacker can spend long periods of time unfazed by errant maelstrom bursts. In offensive, defensive, and escort roles, the Linebacker applies its two caliber-5 imagination transpositve cannons to disrupt the corrupt imagination within any airborne or ground maelstrom unit.

Uniquely, the Linebacker is equipped with no standard landing gear, requiring a specialized apparatus for landing. This is not unintentional, the lack of landing gear allows the Linebacker a hull form with a much more efficient shield geometry. Contributing to this strategic decision, is the fact that any operation around high maelstrom concentrations requires a massive base or carrier for it to be performed. Emergency landings anywhere within these areas have such a low mortality rate, that it is much more economical and merciful to crash and burn.

A squadron of Linebacker fighters was present at the breach at Point Zeta.

Also features:
Holographic cockpit readout
2x Primary Engines
2x Secondary Engines

Quoting David Roberts What are the yellow things? They work really well to set off the darker colours in the ship but what are they?
They are Power Miners roll-cages in a non-produced color; Part #64450.

An excellent looking ship, with the blue and dark blue colours used to good effect. I also like how you've used the big fin/wing parts. What are the yellow things? They work really well to set off the darker colours in the ship but what are they?
